A. During wireless casting, both video and audio are sent to the receiver. It’s normal for the phone to be silent.
B. You can connect wired earphones (3.5mm) to this product for monitoring.
Disconnection Issue

A. iPhones may auto-lock after 5 minutes, causing disconnection.
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock to adjust the timeout.
B. Make sure the device is successfully connected (casting icon shown).

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Smart Cover Mode, and turn it off to restore full function.
Unable to Connect

A. Some phones may require a PIN to connect. The PIN is shown at the bottom of the connection screen after power-on.
B. If the device doesn’t show up when searching:
1. Move away from nearby electronic devices and search again.
2. Restart the product and try again.
3. If still unsuccessful, insert a pin into the reset hole, press the reset button, then reboot and reconnect.

A. Horizontal photos display full screen; vertical photos do not. Rotate vertical photos to horizontal in your gallery for full-screen view.
B. Long press the Capture button to scale and enlarge the image proportionally.
Laggy or Choppy Casting

A. If your phone is running too many apps or has insufficient RAM, this may affect casting performance. Close apps, restart your phone, and clean up storage.
B. System bugs or app errors may also cause casting issues — try restarting your phone.
C. If using an iPhone, setting the output resolution too high may cause lag. Lower the resolution to improve performance.
