Overheating or Lag During Use

A. Too many background apps may cause lag – close unused apps.
B. Recording uses the camera, GPU, and CPU together, which can increase heat and power usage. This is normal.
C. Casting also increases power draw and heat – this is expected.
D. High screen brightness may cause the device to heat up. Lowering brightness can help reduce heat and extend battery life.
No Sounds on Phone While Casting

A. During wireless casting, both video and audio are sent to the receiver. It’s normal for the phone to be silent.
B. You can connect wired earphones (3.5mm) to this product for monitoring.
Disconnection Issue

A. iPhones may auto-lock after 5 minutes, causing disconnection.
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock to adjust the timeout.
B. Make sure the device is successfully connected (casting icon shown).
Huawei Phone Only Allows Calls After Magnetic Mount

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Smart Cover Mode, and turn it off to restore full function.
Unable to Connect

A. Some phones may require a PIN to connect. The PIN is shown at the bottom of the connection screen after power-on.
B. If the device doesn’t show up when searching:
1. Move away from nearby electronic devices and search again.
2. Restart the product and try again.
3. If still unsuccessful, insert a pin into the reset hole, press the reset button, then reboot and reconnect.
