Overheating/ Lag When Connected

A. Too many apps running in the background can cause lag – close unused apps.
B. Recording uses the camera, GPU, and CPU, which increases heat and power usage — this is normal.
C. Casting while recording increases power consumption and heat — also normal.
D. High screen brightness increases heat; lowering brightness can reduce temperature and extend battery life.
No Sound on Phone When Casting

During wireless casting, audio and video are transmitted to the receiver. No sound on the phone is expected.

A. iPhones may disconnect after 5 minutes of screen lock due to system settings.
Go to: Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock to extend lock time.
B. Ensure the device is properly connected (check the casting icon).
Bluetooth Not Connecting to Phone

A. Too many nearby electronic devices may cause interference — move to a different location and search again.
B. Restart both the phone and the device, then try reconnecting.
C. If the issue persists, insert a pin into the reset hole, press the reset button, then power on and reconnect.

Casting Range Issues
